MDC Leadership Program

For Rising 4th Grade - 12th Grade Dancers

The MDC Leadership Program offers dedicated dancers the opportunity to grow as mentors, role models, and future educators. Leaders assist in younger classes while receiving guided training in teaching, communication, and leadership.

  • Deeper Training
Reinforce their own technique by participating in extra classes
